SIX R  principle of purchase means at the time of purchasing of raw material the purchase department should follow the following 6 R which  consist of

RIGHT PRICE

RIGHT PERSON

RIGHT PLACE

RIGHT QUALITY

RIGHT QUANTITY

RIGHT TIME

so at the time of purchasing of raw material the purchase department or the Purchase Manager should look after all the above 6 points before purchasing the raw material
